Sponsor Table types:
TYPES OF SPONSOR TABLES: All sponsor tables start with (8) Early Entry Sponsor Tickets - (4) Bourbon & (4) Non-bourbon. You can upgrade the non-bourbon to bourbon in advance for a $25 upgrade. Early entry at 11:00 AM thru VIP GATE #2. $850 Sponsor Table: - Includes (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tix. No VIP Parking passes. $1250 VIP Tables + Sponsorship Area: Includes (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tix and (4) VIP Parking Passes. Includes the table, plus an TBD area of sponsorship (Gate, Drink Tix Booth, Wine Tent). Area is based on availability and fest will provide you options that you can choose from. There may be more than one sponsor of an area. Early entry at 11 AM thru VIP Gate #2. What's included with tix, Extra tix & Upgrades:
TICKET TYPES & DESCRIPTIONS: Sponsor Tables get Early Admit Sponsor tickets with early entry at 11:00 AM thru VIP GATE #2.
EXTRA TIX or UPGRADES to BOURBON: If you want extra tickets or to upgrade any of your tickets to bourbon, you can do so until we sell out…BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINALIZING YOUR TICKET ORDER BY AUG 25, 2023. It may seem early, but we do have a limited number of bourbon tickets, and our events can sell out fast. You cannot upgrade to bourbon at the event. TICKET PERK FOR SPONSOR TABLES: UNTIL 30 days before the fest, we do hold a max of (2) “Emergency Tickets” (can be bourbon or non-bourbon). These are available even if we are sold out. Invoices will be emailed to you after you complete your ON-LINE AGREEMENT. We will update your invoice if you add in tix or bourbon upgrades. Note: there is a 3.2% process fee added to your total if you want to pay with a credit card.
TABLE set-up, LOCATION & TABLE NUMBERS:
ALL SPONSOR TABLES INCLUDE: All tables include round table, (8) chairs, linen, and a table sign with your logo (if you provide us one) or text name sign. Weather permitting an umbrella is included. LOCATION: When you reserved your table, you picked a location. (Amphitheater Stage, Brew Stage, or Lawn of Manor House Stage). Please let you guests know which area your table is in. TABLE NUMBERS: When you arrive at event there are signs at the Gates and at each area that have table numbers listed. Your name or business logo will also be on the table. It’s not hard to find, but ask one of our volunteers if you can’t find your table. See site map here, the orange circles are table locations. sponsorship signage:
Sponsor Tables with additional sponsorship area: If your table includes plus a sponsor area, SVAE provides signs for both table (we need your logo) and a banner or sign for the sponsor area unless you have one you would like for us to use. All signs produced by SVAE remain property of SVAE and will be reused if you sponsor another event in the future. Sponsor Table Only: The fest will provide a sign for your table with your table name or business logo. You will need to provide us a high-resolution JPEG or a Vector file Catering or DIY FOOD RULES:
Catering: Sponsor Tables can order turn-key catering from our exclusive caterer, Smithfield Station. The fest will send you the special Station catering menu 4-5 weeks before the festival. We do not permit other caterers, vehicles, or non-ticketed persons to enter the event to drop off food to chalets. DIY Food: You can also bring in your own picnic baskets or small coolers or coolie bags. Sponsor Tables can bring in their own food, water/soda but no alcohol of any type may be brought into or leave the event. Pre-Order wine & drink tix:
About a month before the event, you will receive an order form for pre-ordering wines, soda, water & drink tickets. These will be ready for you upon arrival and check in at our Sponsor Check in booth located to the right of the Manor House as you enter thru VIP GATE #2. OUr sponsor vip host team:
If you did a pre-order for wine or drink tix, please check in at the SPONSOR CHECK IN TENT. It's located at the end of the VIP GATE #1 Entrance to the right of the Manor House. We can also provide you with complimentary ice and a paper ice bucket if you need it. You can get ice refills by stopping one of our Sponsor Hosts as they check on you during the event, or take your ice bucket to the Sponsor Check-In booth.
