Sponsor Table types:
TYPES OF SPONSOR TABLES:
You can upgrade the non-bourbon to bourbon in advance for a $25 upgrade, and add in extra tickets as long as event is not sold out.

- $850 Sponsor Table: - Includes (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tickets. (4 Bourbon/4 Non-Bourbon. No VIP Parking. Enter an hour early thru VIP Gate #2.
- $1250 VIP Table + VIP Parking + Sponsorship Banner: Includes (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tickets, (4 Bourbon & 4 Non-Bourbon) and (4) VIP Parking Passes. Includes the table, plus sponsor banner at the event. Early entry at 11 AM thru VIP Gate #2. If you add in extra tickets, you can only get up to (2) more VIP Parking passes.
What's included with tix, Extra tix & Upgrades:
TICKET TYPES & DESCRIPTIONS:
Sponsor Tables get Early Admit Sponsor tickets with early entry at 11:00 AM thru VIP GATE #2.
- Non-Bourbon Tix $60, include unlimited VA Brew Tastings, ½ lb. of bacon, trip thru the bacon bar, souvenir tasting glass (either beer or bourbon depending on your ticket), live music on (3) stages, entry into festival.
- Bourbon Tickets $85, include everything above, PLUS a tasting wristband with (10) tasting tabs that are used to taste ten ½ oz bourbon samples from over 70 bourbon at our bourbon stations. You cannot upgrade to a bourbon tickets at the event.
EXTRA TIX or UPGRADES to BOURBON:
You can't add in extra chairs, but if you want extra tickets or to upgrade any of your tickets to bourbon, you can do so until we sell out…BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINALIZING YOUR TICKET ORDER BY JULY 19, 2024. It may seem early, but we do have a limited number of bourbon tickets, and our events can sell out fast. You cannot upgrade to bourbon at the event.
INVOICEs, Payments & How to get tix
Invoices will be emailed to you after you complete your ON-LINE SPONSOR CONFIRMATION - due by JULY 10th. If you add in extra tickets later, we will update your invoice.
- When you return the on-line agreement, let us know if paying by check, bank ACH or credit card.
- There is NOT A FEE for a Bank ACH transfer, but Credit Card payments will have a 3.2% fee added to your total.
- All payments due in full due on or before AUG 15TH.
- If you have paid, your ticket package will be mailed out Sept 5/6th. Pick up & delivered tix will be ready week of Sept 9th.

All tables include round table, (8) chairs, linen, and a table sign with your logo (if you provide us one) or text name sign. Weather permitting an umbrella is included.

When you arrive at event there are signs at the Gates and at each area that have table numbers listed. Your name or business logo will also be on the table. sponsorship signage:
$1250 Sponsor Tables - includes a fest produced banner and sign on your table: If we don’t already have a banner for you, you will need to provide your logo graphic in a high-resolution JPEG and a Vector file. All banners produced by SVAE remain property of SVAE and will be reused if you sponsor another event in the future.
$850 Sponsor Table – includes a fest produced sign on your table: The fest will provide a sign for your table with your table name or business logo. You will need to provide us a high-resolution JPEG or a Vector file. If we do not receive a logo, we will use text to create your table sign.

Catering or DIY FOOD RULES & ICE:
Sponsor tables can order turn-key catering from our exclusive caterer, Smithfield Station from the menu you will be sent about a month before the festival.
Sponsor Tables entering thru VIP GATE #2 may bring in food, bottled water or soda but no alcohol of any type may be brought into the fest. This includes canned cocktails or non-alcoholic beers.
Coolers & Ice: Tables are permitted to bring in their own small coolers or coolie-bags. We provide complimentary ice during the event if you need it. Sponsors can get ice at our Sponsor Check-in Booth located at the side porch of the Manor House or during the day, our Ice & Sponsor Host team will be strolling thru the table areas and can ice you up if needed. If you need an ice bucket, you can pick up a blue paper one at Sponsor Check-in.

Pre-Order wine & drink tix:
About a month before the event, you will receive an order form for pre-ordering wine bottles, canned cocktails/NA Beers or canned flavored water, soda, bottled regular water & drink tickets These will be ready for you upon arrival and check in at our Sponsor Check in booth located to the right of the Manor House.

If you need anything, including complimentary ice, go to the Sponsor Check-In Booth (by the side porch of the Manor House). They will be happy to assist you. We can solve almost anything with our MacGyver-like volunteers!
