HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

REAL TICKETS WILL BE MAILED to the address on your paypal receipt about (3) weeks before the festival.
Check your address on your paypal receipt and if it is not correct see STEP #2 below.
For the upcoming Wine & Brew Fest, tickets will go in the mail March 17-20th.

#1 Check your email for confirmation from PayPal. (This is the only confirmation you will receive. There is not an email that comes directly from Smithfield VA Events. There also is NOT an digital ticket or e-tix since we use real hard-copy tickets)
You will get a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from PayPal. Sometime is comes right away and other times it can take a couple hours. Look in your junk/spam. It doesn't come from SVAEvents, it comes from PayPal.
Didn't get an email? Or want to check if your transaction went thru? Send us an email at Tickets@SmithfieldVAEvents.com and request that we check. Please put NO CONFIRMATION RECEIVED in the subject line and include you name and a phone number in the email incase we need to contact you.
Sometimes you type in your email wrong, or you have a strong spam block, or if you have a paypal account, the email you use for it may be an old one......but for whatever reason, if you didn't get an confirmation email please contact us and we can send you one.

You can call them at PayPal Merchant Services at 888-221-1161 and ask them to enable your notification preferences.

#2 DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS ON YOUR RECEIPT!
We mail out hard copy tickets about 3-4 weeks before the event to the address on your confirmation.

Are you MOVING BEFORE THE EVENT?....mail forwarding can delay the arrival of your tickets, so you may want to have us send them to your new address or a friend so they don't get delayed.
