Your ticket purchase or donation was successful, but please read the important info below.
You need to check the shipping address on the confirmation email you will receive from PayPal for your ticket purchase.
For BOB Fest, we need for you to let us know if your shipping address is wrong by DEC 6th. We will we working on packing up and mailing tickets out to you by about Dec 12th.
For Wine & Brew Fest tickets, go ahead and let us know now as well.

PROBLEM with your address or didn't get a confirmation?

Put "Address Problem" or
"No Confirmation" in the subject line please.
If donation: You will get a confirmation email from PayPal that you can use as your receipt. If you would like something different, email us at [email protected]
I didn't get a confirmation email...
If you didn't get a confirmation email it could be for a few reasons. First it comes from PayPal, not us since that is who we use to process our ticket orders.
1) Check your spam/junk mail, it might be there.
2) You typed in your email wrong cause you were in a hurry.
3) If you have a PayPal account, it will go to the email in your account info, so if that email is a different one, check it.
If you didn't get one, we can confirm your order and send you a copy of your purchase. Send us an email to [email protected] and put in the subject line "NO CONFIRMATION".
**If you have a PayPal account you might have a setting that says you "don't want to get notifications". That can also be the reason you don't get a confirmation email. You need to contact PayPal to change your settings. Call PayPal Merchant Services at 888-221-1161 and ask them to enable your notification preferences.

MY ADDRESS is WRONG...
On your receipt, please verify your mailing address. If not correct, please send an email to [email protected] and put ADDRESS CORRECTION in the subject line.
We need address corrections 35 days in advance of a festival, so we can update the shipping info before we mail them out. SO, tell us right away when you purchase them if your address is wrong.
Tell us the name & email used to purchase tickets, along with a phone number for you and then of course, your correct address. We will confirm back with a reply email.

MY ORDER IS WRONG...
Review your receipt also to make sure you ordered what you intended. If you have any problems contact us right away at [email protected].
HOW DO I GET MY TIX?
There is NOT any type of electronic ticket, ETix, or any type of digital tickets. We will mail you hard copy tickets to the address on your receipt (unless you sent us a change of address).
Tickets go out in the mail about 3-4 weeks before the festival. They come in a white envelope with our colored Smithfield VA Events logo in the return address.

MY TIX CAME in the mail, but it's not right...
Open your tickets when they come in the mail and verify you received what you ordered. If there is a problems, email us at [email protected] or call 757-869-0664.

I am moving before you mail my tickets...
Buy your tickets and then decide to move? Email us at least 35 days before the festival and let us know where to send your tickets, we can send them to your new address or if you will be in transition, we can always hold them at WILL CALL instead of making them.

This is the return address label that is on a white envelope that contains your tickets.

First, if they were mailed to the correct address, look around, usually folks find them. They are in a white envelope with our colored teal and green logo in the return address. So, go check that pile of mail you haven't opened in the past 3 weeks and you might just find them.
