HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
REAL TICKETS WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
IF YOU NEED TO CORRECT YOUR ADDRESS, EMAIL and put ADDRESS PROBLEM in the subject line. Tell us your name, email used to purchase tickets and your correct address.

#1 Check your email for confirmation from PayPal.
You will get a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from PayPal. Sometime is comes right away and other times it can take a couple hours. Look in your junk/spam. It doesn't come from SVAEvents, it comes from PayPal.
Didn't get an email? Or want to check if your transaction went thru? Send us an email and request that we check. Please put NO CONFIRMATION RECEIVED in the subject line.
Sometimes you type in your email wrong, or you have a strong spam block, either way, if you didn't get an email please contact us and we can send you a confirmation.
Sometimes if you have a PayPal account you have a setting with them that says you "don't want to get notifications". If that is the problem, then you have to contact PayPal to change your settings. You can call them at PayPal Merchant Services at 888-221-1161 and ask them to enable your notification preferences.

We mail out hard copy tickets about 3-4 weeks before the event to the address on your confirmation. . Please double check your address and let us know if it isn't correct.
