Reserved Tables for Festivals: 

All types of tables include table, (8) chairs, table linen and a table sign.  If weather permits for our outdoor festivals, they also includes an umbrella.

Sponsor Reserved Tables:
Available for all festivals, and are sold well in advance of a festival. Once you have one you have renewal rights for the next year. You do not have to be a business get a sponsor table. Lots of folks just reserve sponsor tables to secure them early and enjoy the special perks like early entry with their friends. 

Non-Sponsor Reserved Tables:
Are available for Bacon/Bourbon & Wine & Brew. Buy on-line only at the general ticket release dates.  Note: There are not non-sponsor tables at BOB Fest, all tables are Sponsor Table and are purchased in advance of general admit tix releases.

All Tables include (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tickets with entry an hour early thru the VIP Gate.  

Not all table types get VIP Parking.  Check type of table you are purchasing for VIP Parking info. 

BOB Fest also has two locations for Sponsor Tables. The "Dance Floor VIP Tables" w/ Private Alley Access in addition to Regular Sponsor Tables located further back in the Party Tent in the "purple section".

  • Get into event an hour early through the VIP Gate. 
  • Option to pre-order beverages, drink tix & wine bottles. 
  • For Bacon & Wine Fest, bring in your own outside food or order turn-key table delivery catering. For BOB, there is no outside food or drink permitted. 
  • Add in additional tickets when you reserve your table or as long as the event is not sold out. NOTE: you only get (8) chairs at a table regardless of if you add in extra tickets.  We do not permit you to add your own chairs in either.  So make sure your folks want to share the seats if you add in additional guests. 
  • Logo or Text Table Sign provided by Fest and if you add in a sponsorship area, signage for area is provided by Festival unless you want to provide your own. 
 
  • Sponsor Table + Sponosrship Area includes (4) VIP Parking Passes. 
  • Sponsor Tables DO NOT INCLUDE VIP Parking passes.  

*Note: There are (8) chairs at your table and we do not permit you to add in additional chairs if you add in extra tickets.It just depends on if you want to share with a larger group. BOB Fest does limit extra sponsor tickets to  a max of (4) per table due to indoor tent capacity. 
Bacon & Bourbon Music Fest - Sponsor Tables
Includes (4) Bourbon & (4) Non-Bourbon Beer Tasting Tickets. ​Upgrade to Bourbon is available for $25 each.  

Pick your stage location: Brew Stage, Amphitheater Stage, or Manor House Lawn Stage. ​

BOB FEST - Sponsor Tables
This event is a little different since it is all under a huge tent and not outdoors like our other festivals. Includes all the normal sponsor table perks, but here are some things special for BOB:  

Special BOB Sponsor Tables info: 
  • Can only add in a max of (4) additional tickets at time of booking.
  • Table gift bucket with (1) oyster knife and (1) pair of oyster gloves.  
  • Oyster Waitress service (Self-serve other food & all drinks)
  • ​Ability to pre-order drink tix, wine bottles or half-gallons of specialty vodka drinks. 
  • Logo Table Signage & Event Sponsor Signage provided by Festival. 
  • Dance Floor Section Tables come with (4) VIP Parking passes and have access to use the Private Alley to navigate in/out of your area.  The dance floor and aisle fill up with folks so you need a way to get in/out.

  • Includes general admission tickets with 12:00 (noon) entry thru Main Gate.
  • Location preference is taken, but not guaranteed. Sponsor Tables get first choice on location. Choices: Amphitheater, Brew or Lawn of Manor House stages. 
  • BUY on-line only at each festival's on-line release dates. See specific festivals info for release dates & times. 
  • Limited number available.
  • If you prefer, and they are available, you can book a Sponsor Table in advance of general tix releases.

Includes table & (8) General Admission tickets. Chose how many bourbon & non-bourbon general admit tickets are included when you purchase. No bourbon upgrades available at festival.

Table price depends on # of bourbon tix (0-2-4-6-8):

BOB Fest

There are not any Non-Sponsor Tables at BOB Fest. Only Sponsor Tables that are renewed or sold in advance.
