Tickets Buying Troubleshooting:
Sometimes folks have problems purchasing tickets for a variety of reasons. Please review some of the hints and FAQ's below, but if you still have problems, contact us and we will help you.

We use PayPal to process on our on-line orders. You do not have to have a PayPal account, there is an option to pay with a credit card/debit card also.
Sometime folks who click over from social media site, have weird problems, so if that happens to you, try typing the website into your internet browser. Your purchase is not confirmed until you complete the entire payment process. Just because you put it in your cart does not mean you "have" the tickets. You will get a confirmation email from PayPal after you complete your purchase. HOW TO PURCHASE:

Can't find the ADD TO CART BUTTONS:
If you log on before "Release Time" you will need to refresh your internet browser at the release time to refresh the page after we make it "live". Once it is live, the little black box that says "ADD CART - LIVE w/ a Date" will go away and it will be replaced with a real Add-to-Cart Button that you can click on and then continue your ticket purchase. To find your refresh button, go to where you type in a website and look for a little round arrow, click on it and the page will refresh. IS IT JUST TAKING YOU TO "NO-OPTIONS" PLACE?
If you get to this "no-where-paypal-land" and it won't let you do anything, try these suggestions.... If you "clicked thru" to our website from FACEBOOK, try typing in our website directly into your internet browser. It is SmithfieldVAEvents.com, then go to the BUY TIX ON-LINE tab. If you are trying on your phone, you might going to our website on a computer instead. If you still have problems call 757-869-0664. I don't want a PayPal account...
You can opt to check out with your PayPal account OR as a guest with your debit/credit card. If you have a PayPal account, but are not going to use it, when you try to purchase it may still send you a code to the cell phone or email associated with your paypal account for verification. Once you get thru that and are continuing with your transaction, be sure at the bottom you mark that you do not want to create a paypal account and then continue to check out as a guest. I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
After you complete your purchase, you will get a confirmation email from PayPal. If you do not receive one, first look in your spam/junk mail. Sometimes you type in an incorrect address, or if you have a paypal account, sometimes your confirmation may go to another email you used when you set up your account. If after a few minutes you still don't get one, send us an email to [email protected] and put 'DID NOT GET CONFIRMATION EMAIL" in the subject line. We can forward you a copy of it if you don't receive it. HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
There is not an E-Tix, we will mail you actual hard copy tickets about 3 weeks before the event to the address on your confirmation. So make sure the address is right is correct on your PayPal confirmation and let us know if there is a problem. AFTER PURCHASE WHAT HAPPENS?
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE: You will get a confirmation email from PayPal after you complete your purchase. If you don't see it, check your junk mail. If you don't get one within a hour, notify us by email at [email protected] and put "DID NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION" in the subject line. There is not an E-Tix, we will mail you actual hard copy tickets about 3 weeks before the event to the address on your confirmation. ** VERY IMPORTANT*** PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS RIGHT AWAY. This is where we will mail your tickets. If it is not correct, please email us at [email protected] and put "ADDRESS PROBLEM" in subject line. ADDRESS WRONG ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If your address is wrong on your confirmation email, we need to get a good one for you because we mail you tickets. Send us an email to [email protected] and put 'ADDRESS WRONG" in the subject line. Tell us your name, phone number and email you used to purchase tickets and of course your correct address. You will be a reply email back from us to confirm we received your address correction within a day or two. **Third party ticket scams are getting out of control. We are not responsible if you try to purchase tickets from someone else and get scammed. Be careful, be smart and if they try to tell you that there is an ETix you know it is a scam. We mail out real hard copy tickets about 3-4 weeks before an event.
