Tickets Buying Troubleshooting:
Sometimes folks have problems purchasing tickets for a variety of reasons. Please review some of the common questions below, but if you still have problems, you can call and we can try and help you.

If you don't want to use your paypal account or don't have one, you can still check out as a guest, and be sure you say "no" to options they give you to create an account.

We use PayPal to process on our on-line orders. You do not have to have a PayPal account, there is an option to pay with a credit card/debit card also.

**Third party ticket scams are getting out of control. We are not responsible if you try to purchase tickets from someone else and get scammed. Be careful, be smart and if they try to tell you that there is an ETix you know it is a scam. We mail out real hard copy tickets about 3-4 weeks before an event.
Refund, Cancellation & Ruless:
It is your responsibility to read and understand our refund & rules & policies BEFORE before purchasing tickets. We can only provide you with the info, it is up to you to read it.
