Register A Group to Volunteer:  

All groups that are interested volunteering for the upcoming 2024/25 Season need to complete the registration form below. Our season starts in the fall with Bacon/Bourbon, then January BOB Fest and ends in April with the Wine & Brew Fest. Each summer, we reach out to existing groups to complete a new form for the upcoming season. 

​Just because you complete a form, does not guarantee your group will get spots.  You still will need to do some coordination with our Volunteer Manager, who will contact you after you submit a registration form.

    Register Your Group for 2024/25 Season:  

    After a festival, your group will get a donation check and it needs to promptly be deposited by your organization.  Keeping that in mind, answer the next question.
    If you want us to mail, it but it needs to go to a different address, please complete Question #5 below.  If this doesn't apply to you, skip #5. 
    A GROUP LEADER is the main point of contact our Volunteer Manager will work with for your group. 
    Please provide a secondary person's contact info for your organization as a back-up if the Group Leader does not respond in a timely fashion. 
    At a festival there are a lot of different types of jobs to fill. Most require ability to stand, some require walking and some have a physical requirement for lifting supplies like cases of water/wine or a skill like driving golf cart. There are also limited spots for beer/bourbon pouring, so not everyone can do those jobs.  We have some (but not very many) jobs that are "sitting". 

    Volunteers need to be 21 & UP and are not permitted to consume alcohol/marijuana before or during their shift. After shift is over, volunteers must sign-out and leave the festival unless they have purchased a ticket to the event before it has sold out. Once a volunteer has signed out, they can go eat at our Volunteer Food tent. (which for Bacon fest has bacon and for BOB Fest has oysters!) 
    For each fest you want to participate in, type in the number of approximate spots you anticipate being able to fill.  If you do not want to participate in a specific festival type in NONE. 

    This is NOT a guarantee of the number of spots you will be assigned. Also note that if you do not fill your spots your group does get assigned, by the deadline, they will be given to another group.
