A Smithfield VA Events sponsorship experience is like no other. Seriously, we aren't kidding. 

Whether you are entertaining clients, rewarding employees, building new relationships or just having fun with a group of friends, our events provide the perfect opportunity for a great time, AND you support many important non-profits & organizations.

We hold unique, intimate, boutique events (by limiting # of tickets) at the beautiful historic setting on the river at Windsor Castle Park. Our festivals have become the hottest tickets in Coastal Virginia, selling out weeks in advance and in some cases, within minutes.

You can secure Sponsor Tables, Private Party Chalets, or score a couple Sponsor Tix with a Small Business Sponsorship in advance of tickets being released for General Admission.

You don't have to be a business to do a Sponsorship or purchase a Private Chalet or Sponsor Table. We have lots of folks who get tables/chalets because they are coming to the fest with a large group and want to secure their tickets early or like the "VIP Rock Star" perks that come with our VIP & Sponsorship levels.

All Sponsor Tables, Party Chalets, Private BOB Areas & Small Business Sponsorships have first-right on renewing for the following year. 

All of our sponsorships include tickets, tables  or private party areas for enjoying the festivals.  We do not have any commercial vendor information "booths" as part of our program.

FOR 2024/25 SEASON: 
 
2024 Bacon & Bourbon: 
Chalets  & Sponsor Tables & Small Biz Sponsorships are sold out for the 2024 festival.  If you are interested in the Oct 4, 2025 festival, let us know and we can put you on the wait list. 

2025 BOB Fest - Jan 18, 2025: 
In October, we will work on renewals for Private Party Areas & Sponsor Tables. Sometimes is takes a couple years to obtain a BOB Fest Sponsorship, so let us know if you want to be placed on the wait list. 

2025 Wine & Brew Fest - April 12, 2025:. 
In December, we will work on renewing chalets and sponsor tables. If you are interested you need to get on our wait list. Tables are usually not a problem, but for chalets it depends on how many do not renew.

Sponsorships Overview:  

We have multiple ways to sponsor or get involved with us!
  • You can support Smithfield VA Events by making a donation directly to support us, which enables us to better serve the community.  
  • Attend or sponsor our intimate upscale Manor House Dinners. 
  • Festival Sponsorships (more details on these available below) - includes attendance at festivals with Private Party Chalets, Sponsor Tables or Small Biz Sponsorships.  Some include items like stadium cups, tasting glasses or major area like the Brew Village or Bourbon Village. 
  • Corporate Volunteering - either donate the hours worked to SVAEvents OR your corporate giving foundation or to support any local charity or non-profit cause you care about.
