It is the mission of the Smithfield VA Events to bring well organized, first-class events to the Town of Smithfield and in doing so, support local non-profits, charities & civic groups and to strengthen our community by benefiting tourism and local business.
Since 2012, we have donated over $1.2 million dollars back to the community.

We hope to return to our Trio of Festivals soon!
We all love and miss our festivals, but in the meantime we are able to host smaller socially safer events. If you are ready to return, great! We will be following state executive orders, recommended guidelines and sanitary protocols to reduce risk for our attendees and volunteers. We know everyone isn't ready to return or wants to come to an event that "has covid rules". We get that, and we will hope you will return when you are comfortable doing so.
The financial loss of COVID has impacted not only all the charities we support, but Smithfield VA Events as a non-profit as well. If you believe in our mission, please consider supporting Smithfield VA Events by making a donation to our Sustainer Society.
