Our Chalets and Private Areas are great for businesses entertaining or for large groups of friends just wanting to have their own special area. Locations vary for each festival, so scroll down to see options and site layout map for each festival.
The fest renews chalets/private areas from the previous year first, and then opens it up for new reservations. Please contact the festival director for additional info or to put your name on the list.

Private Party Chalets:
Bacon & Bourbon Music Fest or Wine & Brew Fest All Chalets come with special Chalet Tickets with early 11 AM entry thru VIP Gate. Includes VIP Parking Pass and lots of other perks to make your festival experience special! Chalets can add in extra tickets as long as the event is not sold out. We also keep (4) on hold for you until 30-days in advance even if we are sold out incase you need to add in some last minute tickets. PRIVATE PARTY CHALET: $2500 to $3000 Come with (14-18) tix and include one VIP Parking for every two tickets. There is a max of (5) additional VIP Parking passes per chalet regardless of the number of extra tickets you add in. Banner for chalet is provided by you unless you make arrangements for us to coordinate having one made for you. PRIVATE PARTY CHALETS WITH SPONSORSHIP AREA: $3200 - $7500 Price and number of tickets (16-30) depends on what the sponsorship item is. Examples are Wine Village, Bourbon Village, Event Stadium Cup, Tasting Glass, Entertainment. You get one VIP Parking pass for every two tickets in your package. There is a max of (10) additional VIP Parking available regardless of the number of extra tickets you add in. Fest provides your banner for chalet and also signage for your sponsorship area or logo on the event item. *Note for Bourbon Fest: 1/2 tickets are Bourbon, 1/2 are Non-Bourbon and you have option to upgrade some or all for the $25 upgrade charge. BOB Fest
Private Party Areas Small & Large Private Party Areas are located on the right and left of the aisle in the section down closer to the dance floor. Each area has seated tables, cocktail table(s) and a banquet table for setting up your food/drinks. There is a "private alley" behind the back of the area, which enables a less crowded way for you to get in/out of your area. There is also a special restroom tent located off the right side for everyone in the VIP Section. On the left side, there is a private tunnel to get back and forth to the Food/Drink tent. When you come thru the gate, you will get a different colored wristband that permits access for you and your guests to use this private alley. Other attendees at the fest, are welcome to visit you in your private area, but they will have to enter/exit via the entry on the aisle side entrance. Deadline for adding in extra tickets that are on hold is Nov 28th. Includes waitress service for oysters, but all other drinks & food is serve yourself. It's an all-you-can-eat oysters, stew and BBQ event, but Party Areas are permitted to have additional food. You can bring in your own DIY food trays or you can order turn-key catering from Smithfield Station. You may not bring any alcohol in or out of the festival. You can also pre-order drink tickets, wine, empty growlers or half gallons of the specialty vodka drinks. All of your guests get early entry at 11:00 am thru VIP Gate. Small Private Area: $2900 Comes with (16) VIP Tix and does not include sponsorship of any other event area. Private area with seating for up to (16) at two round tables, one standing cocktail and one banquet table. Ability to add in up to a max of (6) extra tickets. Max of (8) VIP Parking passes. Small Private Area w/Sponsorship Area: $3000 - $3750 Comes with (16) VIP Tix and includes sponsorship of an area of the event. Private area with seating for up to (16) at two round tables, one standing cocktail and one banquet table. Ability to add in up to a max of (6) extra tickets. . Max of (10) VIP Parking passes. Large Private Area w/ Sponsorship Area: $4500 - $10,000 Larger area, more tables and comes with more tickets! Pricing depends on what the sponsorship area is. Examples are: Oyster Sponsor, Bloody Mary Booth, Special Vodka Drinks, Stew, Volunteer Event Shirt, Entertainment Sponsorship. All Large Areas include seating for up to (24) at three round tables, two standing cocktails and one banquet table. Come with (24) VIP Tix and (12) VIP Parking passes. Option to add in up to a max of (8) additional tickets,. Max of (16) VIP Parking passes. |
