This agreement is only for folks who have already confirmed their sponsor table or small biz participation & have already received an email with your specific sponsorship details from the Festival Director.

SPONSOR TABLE AGREEMENT

The SUBMIT button is at the bottom of this form. This process is considered SIGNING A AGREEMENT for the OCT 5, 2024 Bacon & Bourbon Fest.
    SPONSOR TABLE OPTIONS: 

    All tables seat eight and come with (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tickets (4 Bourbon & 4 Non-Bourbon w/ early entry at 11 AM. You can upgrade to bourbon or add in additional tickets (see below). 
    • VIP Table ($1250) come with VIP Parking passes and a sponsor banner at the festival. Logo sign on table also. ​

    • Sponsor Table ($850) does not include VIP Parking passes and a logo sign on your table.

    TABLE NAME -  It can be a business name, a person's name or it can be "fun name" for a group of friends. Tell us below what you want it to be called.  If you aren't sure yet, just type in "TBD".

    PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    Within 1-2 business days after you submit this form, you will receive an invoice from Smithfield VA Event via email. Payment will be due by 8/25/2025.

    UPGRADES to BOURBON & EXTRA TICKETS & Designate Driver Tickets: 
    You only get (8) chairs at your table even if you add in more tickets. So make sure your group is good with sharing if you have more than eight people.


    We limit the number of bourbon tix so bourbon tix may sell out before non-bourbon tickets. 

    You can add in extra tickets or upgrade some or all of your tickets to bourbon as long as we are not sold out, but we recommend you do by JULY 25TH before tickets go on sale to the public.

    Extra tickets will be the same type that come with your type of sponsorship. If your table package includes VIP Parking you can get one for every two tickets, but the MAX EXTRA VIP PARKING is (2) more for VIP Tables.

    1) Wait a few seconds and you will be directed to a confirmation page that lets you know it was successfully submitted.  

    2) "NEW" within (48) hours, you will receive a copy of your submission form to be a second method of confirmation we received your from.

    3) Invoices will go out about mid-July and payments will be due by Aug 25th. 

    IF IT WON'T LET YOU SUMBIT IT or doesn't take you to the confirmation page, you probably didn't answer one of the "required" questions. Scroll back thru the questions and find the missed one(s).   Fill it in, and then try resubmitting.

    WHAT'S INCLUDED:
    (2) Early Admit Sponsor tickets (1 Bourbon/1 Non-Bourbon) with early entry at 11 AM. (1) VIP Parking pass and banner signage at festival. See your email for specifics on your Small Biz Sponsorship. Ability to 
    upgrade to bourbon or add in additional tickets.

    TICKETS & UPGRADES TO BOURBON: You can add in extra tickets or upgrade some or all of your tickets to bourbon as long as we are not sold out. However, we recommend you finalize your extra tickets/upgrades by July 25, 2025 before tickets go on sale to the public.
