Sponsor Table & Small Biz Agreements - Bacon & Bourbon Fest

This agreement is only for folks who have already confirmed their sponsor table or small biz participation & have already received an email with your specific sponsorship details from the Festival Director.

    Sponsor Table (seats 8) Agreement:

    WHAT'S INCLUDED:
    All tables seat eight and come with (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tickets (4 Bourbon & 4 Non-Bourbon w/ early entry at 11 AM. You can upgrade to bourbon or add in additional tickets (see below). 
    • VIP Table ($1250) come with VIP Parking passes and a sponsor banner at the festival. Logo sign on table also.

    • Sponsor Table ($850) does not include VIP Parking passes and a logo sign on your table.

    How do you want to get your tickets? (ready Sept 9th.)
    TICKETS & UPGRADES TO BOURBON:
    You only get (8) chairs at your table even if you add in more tickets. So make sure your group is good with sharing if you have more than eight people.

    You can add in extra tickets or upgrade some or all of your tickets to bourbon as long as we are not sold out, but we recommend you work that out by JULY 19th.

    We limit the number of bourbon tix so bourbon tix may sell out before non-bourbon tickets. 
    UPGRADES & EXTRA TICKETS: (optional just complete if you need them) 
    If you would like to ADD A DONATION TO DIRECTLY SUPPORT SVAEvents, to YOUR INVOICE, please type in the amount of your donation below.
    After you hit the submit button, wait a few seconds and you will be directed to a confirmation page that lets you know it was successfully submitted.

    ​If you DON'T GET to a CONFIRMATION PAGE, it will tell you to "please correct the highlighted field(s)". Scroll back thru the questions and the one(s) you didn't reply to will have a red box around it.  Fill it in, and then try resubmitting.      ​

    (2) Early Admit Sponsor tickets (1 Bourbon/1 Non-Bourbon) with early entry at 11 AM. (1) VIP Parking pass and banner signage at festival. See your email for specifics on your Small Biz Sponsorship. Ability to     upgrade to bourbon or add in additional tickets.

    How do you want to get your tickets? They will be ready about Sept 9th. 
    TICKETS & UPGRADES TO BOURBON: You can add in extra tickets or upgrade some or all of your tickets to bourbon as long as we are not sold out. However, we recommend you finalize your extra tickets/upgrades by Aug 25, 2023 before tickets go on sale to the public.
