​TABLE Sponsor Agreement - Wine & Brew Fest 

THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE FEST DIRECTOR TO RENEW OR  RESERVED A SPONSOR TABLE. 

 $800 or $1200 Sponsor Table answer the questions below and hit submit to reserve or if you have questions or prefer to fill out over the phone, Call Gina at 757-869-0664.

You will receive in invoice via email with 24-48 hours after you submit the form.

This process is considered SIGNING AN AGREEMENT. 
    SPONSOR TABLE OPTIONS: 
    All tables include (8) Early Admit Sponsor tickets, table, linen, (8) chairs and weather permitting an umbrella. You can add in extra tickets, but you only get (8) chairs, so folks have to share the seats. 

    TABLE NAME -  It can be a business name, a person's name or it can be "fun name" for a group of friends. Tell us below what you want it to be called.  If you aren't sure yet, just type in "TBD".

    PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    Within 1-2 business days after you submit this form, you will receive an invoice from Smithfield VA Event via email. Payment will be due by 3/12/2025.

    EXTRA TICKETS: We recommend you add in extra tickets now, but you can add in as many tickets as you want as long as the event is not sold out. You do not get extra chairs, only the (8) that come with the table, so if you add in more tickets make sure your folks are good with sharing the seats.
    Extra tickets will be the same type that come with your type of sponsorship. If your table package includes VIP Parking you can get one for every two tickets, but the MAX EXTRA VIP PARKING is (2) more for VIP Tables. 
    DD Tickets are $30 and you can purchase the day of event at the Will Call booth or you can pre-order them below by filling out how many you need. The user must still be 21 & Up. They have entry into the festival but can't drink and do not get tasting glasses/stadium cup.
