SPONSOR TABLE FAQ'S:

Sponsor Table types:
All tables include (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tickets with early entry at 11:00 AM thru VIP GATE #2. You can add in additional tickets. 

All tables come with (8) chairs, linen, and a table sign with your logo (if you provide us one) or text name sign. Weather permitting an umbrella is included.

There are a limited number of tables at each area, so reserve your table early. Pick your table location (shown in orange circles on the site map): 
  • Lawn of Manor House Stage
  • Brew Village Stage
  • Amphitheater Stage​ 

TYPES OF SPONSOR TABLES:
$800 Sponsor Table:  - Includes (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tix. No VIP Parking passes. Fest provided sponsor sign on table.  

$1200 VIP Tables + Sponsorship Area: Includes (8) Early Admit Sponsor Tix and (4) VIP Parking Passes. Includes fest-provided Sponsor Sign on the table, plus a sponsor banner at the stage area your table is located at.
What's included with tix, Extra tix & Upgrades:
Early admission at 11:00 am thru VIP GATE #2. Unlimited International Wines, VA Winery & VA Brew Tastings, souvenir tasting glass, stadium cup, live music on (3) stages, and entry into festival.

NOTE: Choice (while they last) of either a wine or beer tasting glass.  You can taste wine/beer out of either, but you only get one.

Available for purchase: Wines by the glass/bottle, brews by the cup or SVAEvents logoed growler, water & sodas, unique retail vendors and food vendors. At this fest only, you can purchase unopened bottles of wine to take home from your favorite VA Winery or our International Wine Booth. 

Coastal Cocktails, Liquid Death waters and non-alcoholic beers can be purchased at the Cocktail/Mocktail booths. 
 
EXTRA Tickets: 

You get (8) chairs at your table, and we do not permit you to add any more chairs. You can add in as many tickets as you want until we sell out. 

If adding in extra tickets we recomend you reserve them when you book your table.  You can add them in until the event sells out.  

​As a perk for Sponsor Tables, even if we sell out, we hold (2) “Emergency Tickets” for you until March 12th for last minute requests.

INVOICEs, Payments & How to get tix
​Invoices will be emailed to you after you complete your ON-LINE SPONSOR CONFIRMATION - due by FEB 2OTH. If you add in extra tickets later, we will update your invoice.
  • When you return the on-line agreement, let us know if paying by check, bank ACH or credit card. 
 
  • If you opt to pay by credit card, there will be a 3.2% process fee added to your total. There is NOT A FEE for a Bank ACH transfer. 
 
  • All payments due in full due on or before March 15th.

  • If you have paid, your ticket package will be mailed, delivered or ready for pick up week of 3/17/25.
TABLE set-up, LOCATION & TABLE NUMBERS: 
ALL SPONSOR TABLES INCLUDE: 
All tables include round table, (8) chairs, linen, and a table sign with your logo (if you provide us one) or text name sign. Weather permitting an umbrella is included.

LOCATION:
When you reserved your table, you picked a location. (Amphitheater Stage, Brew Stage, or Lawn of Manor House Stage). Please let you guests know which area your table is in.  

TABLE NUMBERS: 
When you arrive at event there are signs at the Gates and at each area that have table numbers listed.  Your name or business logo will also be on the table. It’s not hard to find, but ask one of our volunteers if you can’t find your table. See site map here, the orange circles are table locations. 
sponsorship signage: 
​Sponsor Tables with additional sponsorship area: If your table includes plus a sponsor area, SVAE provides signs for both table (we need your logo) and a banner or sign for the sponsor area unless you have one you would like for us to use. All signs produced by SVAE remain property of SVAE and will be reused if you sponsor another event in the future.
 
Sponsor Table Only: The fest will provide a sign for your table with your table name or business logo.  You will need to provide us a high-resolution JPEG or a Vector file 
Catering or DIY FOOD RULES: 
Catering: Sponsor Tables can order turn-key catering from our exclusive caterer, Smithfield Station. The fest will send you the special Station catering menu 4-5 weeks before the festival. We do not permit other caterers, vehicles, or non-ticketed persons to enter the event to drop off food to chalets. 
 
DIY Food: You can also bring in your own picnic baskets or small coolers or coolie bags.
 
Sponsor Tables can bring in their own food, water/soda but no alcohol of any type may be brought into or leave the event.
​
Pre-Order wine & drink tix: 
About a month before the event, you will receive an order form for pre-ordering wines, soda, water & drink tickets. These will be ready for you upon arrival and check in at our Sponsor Check in booth by the side porch of the Manor House. 
OUr sponsor vip host team: 
If you need anything, including complimentary ice, go to the Sponsor Check-In Booth (by the side porch of  the Manor House).  They will be happy to assist you. We can solve almost anything with our MacGyver-like volunteers!
