1) Review the email you received for your sponsorship details, deadlines and how many tickets are included with your package. In order to secure your sponsorship you must complete the on-line agreement below (IN THE WHITE BOX) by the deadline. 

2) Review all event policies to include cancellation, refunds and basic rules prior to completing this agreement.  Click here to view them, they will open in a new window.

4) Hit SUMBIT at the bottom of the page, and then it will take you to a confirmation screen so you will know your submission went thru.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    • All invoices can be paid by Check or Bank ACH Transfer (no fees added). 
    • ​If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3.2% process fee will be added to your total. 
    ​Payment will be due by December 13, 2024. Tickets will be ready week of December 16th. 
    ADD IN EXTRA TICKETS - RESERVE NOW if you know. 
     DEADLINE to reserve extra tickets is in your email (absolute final deadline is Nov 15th) .
    Historically this event sells outs in seconds when we release to the general public, so if you need extra tickets for your sponsorship you need to order by the deadline. See below for the maximum you can add in based on your type of sponsorship. See your email if you don't know what type you have. 
    MAXIMUM Extra Tickets FOR YOUR TYPE OF SPONSORSHIP:
    • TABLES - (4) max extra - All types of Tables come with (8) tickets to start.  
    • Small Party Area - (6) max extra - Small Areas come with (16) tickets to start.   
    • Large Party Area - (8) max extra - Large Areas come with (24) tickets to start.
    How do you want to get your tickets? They will be ready to go in mail or be ready for delivery or pick up on Dec 16th (if you are paid).
