CHALET AGREEMENT - Wine & Brew Fest 

This form is only for those who have a confirmed chalet. See the official email you received for details on your chalet package (location, number of tickets, costs etc).

    PAYMENT OPTIONS:
    Within 1-2 business days after you submit this form, you will receive an invoice from Smithfield VA Event via email. Payment will be due by 3/12/2025.
    EXTRA TICKETS: You can add in as many tickets as you want as long as the event is not sold out. To see what your sponsorship package includes, see the email with your ticket package details. If you don't know when you fill out your agreement you have until February 26th.

    You can add in as many tickets as you need, however there is a max of VIP Parking passes for your chalet.  See your official email for your limit. 
    Extra tickets will be the same type that come with your type of sponsorship. If your package includes VIP Parking you will receive additional passes per the info in your original sponsorship package email. 
    DD Tickets are $30 and you can purchase the day of event at the Will Call booth or you can pre-order them below by filling out how many you need. The user must still be 21 & Up. They have entry into the festival but can't drink and do not get tasting glasses/stadium cup.
