Chalet Agreements - Bacon & Bourbon Fest

This agreement is only for folks who have already confirmed their chalet participation & received an email with your specific chalet sponsorship details from the Festival Director.

2024 Bacon/Bourbon Chalet Agreement & Questions:

TICKETS & UPGRADES TO BOURBON: You can add in extra tickets or upgrade some or all of your tickets to bourbon as long as we are not sold out. However, we recommend you finalize your extra tickets/upgrades by JULY 19, 2024 before tickets go on sale to the public.

We limit the total number of bourbon tix for the festival, so bourbon tix may sell out before non-bourbon tix.

Once we sell out, (as a chalet perk), there are (2) "emergency tickets" on hold for you until Sept 5, 2024 (can be bourbon or non-bourbon).

UPGRADES to BOURBON? *

NO, I do not need any bourbon upgrades. I am good with what my package comes with. MAYBE, I know it might sell out, so it is best if I let you know by JULY 19, 2024. YES, I need to upgrade some or all of my tickets. and will tell you below what I need.

EXTRA TICKETS? *

NO, I am good with the number of tickets that my chalet package comes with. MAYBE, I might need extra tickets, and understand it might sell out, so it is best to let you know by JULY 19, 2024. YES, I know NOW how many I need and I will tell you below how many.

UPGRADES & EXTRA TICKETS: (optional, only if you need them)

UPGRADES to BOURBON $25 each. How many of your tickets do you want to upgrade to bourbon? (TYPE IN NUMBER) *

Add'l BOURBON TIX $85 each. (TYPE IN NUMBER) *

Add'l NON-BOURBON TIX $60 each. (TYPE IN NUMBER) *

ADD in DD TIX $30 (TYPE IN NUMBER). They still have to be 21 & UP, they get bacon & trip thur bacon bar, but cannot taste or consume any alcohol at the fest. *
