To sign up for a spot with your group, scroll down this page to light blue box and find the "Sign-Up Logo" for a specific fest. Click on the SignUp logo and then find your group and pick a spot.

*Group Volunteers Sign-Up Online below* 

Volunteer Groups - (Organizations or Corporate):  When sign-ups for a specific festival go "live". scroll down a bit and click on the SignUp Logo box for a specific fest.  Then find your organization and click on it to see spots assigned to your group. Pick you spot(s) and fill out the info it ask for. 

​You DO NOT have to wait for your group leader to send you info, just go ahead and sign up and start getting your groups spots filled. 
Sign up for your spots by the deadline or your group will lose unfilled spots to another group that wants more.

  • You need to have an email address to sign up for a spot.
  • You will receive various emails regarding your sign-up and reminders. 
  • All Volunteers need to be 21 & Up to work on Saturday of a festival. (Other than registered youth groups doing clean-up/set-up.)
  • Anytime you are volunteering pre-fest, post-fest or durning the fest, do not bring infants, children or pets with you.
  • Prior to, or during your volunteer shift the  consumption of alcohol or other substances is prohibited. If you plan on attending the fest after your shift you must purchase a ticket before it sells out.
  • We encourage you to wear your own organizations shirts or hats when working so fest attendees know what group you are with.  We do not give volunteers free shirts, as we make donations to your organization, but if you want to purchase an event volunteer shirt you can buy one on-line by the deadline for each fest.

FYI - the link won't work until the start date listed below each logo. 
We encourage you to wear your own organizations shirts, hats, buttons etc. (if you have them) when working a festival, but some of you like to purchase our Event Volunteer Shirts. Deadline to buy is the same deadline as event sign-ups.

HELD THE THUR & FRI BEFORE THE FEST - ACTUAL DATES/TIMES TBD, CHECK BACK MID-DEC FOR BOB FEST VOLUNTEER TRAIN DATES.

​Come be part of the leadership team.

We are looking to expand our leadership team with new SuperStar Volunteers. They get paid out for donations at a higher per hour rate. You can be a SuperStar as an individual or if you already volunteer with one of our groups you can just "bump-up" to the SuperStar level and still earn funds for your organization.  SuperStar can work one, two or all three festivals, but we are looking for a multi-year commitment.

Read below for step-by-step instructions on how to use the SignUp program.  If you still have trouble, contact your Group Leader or our Volunteer Manager, Cristin at [email protected] or call her at 757-849-8948.
HOW TO SIGN UP ON-LINE:  (You will need to have a email address. If you do not use email, then contact your group leader or our Vol. Mgr.)

When it is time, the SIGN UP LOGO LINK above will go "live" and when you click on it, you will see all the groups listed in alphabetical order for a specific festival.  
  • Find your organization, click on it and review the spots available.  
  • Pick a spot to sign up amd enter the info it asks for. 
It will automatically send you a confirmation email and reminders from [email protected].  Check your spam mail if you don't see it. 

How to Contact your Group Leader or SVAEvents: 
In your organizations intro part inside your group's  "SignUp", your group leader's contact info is listed. If you can't reach them, and need help, you can contact us at [email protected]. Tell us your name, the group you are with and a phone number. Our Vol Mgr will get in touch with you.
