Many of our volunteers wear multiple "hats" so for Volunteer Groups, Board Members, SuperStar and Individual volunteers read the special instructions.

5:30 - 6:20 pm - Light Appetizer Buffet Open
5:30 - 7:00 pm - Beer/Wine Bar Open
6:30 - 7:30 pm - Program & Check Presentation
7:30 - 7:45 pm - $2,000,000 CELEBRATION
7:45 - 8:00 pm - Group Photo Taken,
*8:00 - 8:30 if you would like to make a video comment for our $2Million Tribute Video, stay after the programs ends and be filmed by our video production team from The Addison Group.

    HOW MANY CAN YOU RSVP FOR?

    Volunteer Groups may RSVP up to (2) people.

    Grant Recipients may RSVP up to (4) people. **if your organization is a grant recipient AND your organization is a VOL GROUP, you may only send a max of (4) reps. Respond to RSVP as the GRANT RECIPIENT not the VOL GROUP. 

    Individual Volunteers not affiliated with any group may RSVP for (1) person. 

    SuperStars may RSVP for (1) person.**if you are also part of a Vol Group, you can RSVP (1) for being a SuperStar and then your organization can still send (2) other reps.
