2022 BOB Fest Refund Options - Online Purchases

This form is for ONLINE purchases only and includes Early Bird Tix, General Admit Tix, Non-Sponsor Tables and Standing Cocktail tables that were purchased on-line on our website.

If you are an 8K Race RunReg or a Sponsor click here to go back and select the correct refund form.  
Please complete the form below by January 5th and let us know which option you prefer.

If receiving a full or partial refund: 
  • Refunds will be processed as they are received and we hope to have them all done by January 7, 2022. 

  • All refunds will be processed to the original buyer. 
 
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email from "service@paypal.com" when yours is processed. It might go into your spam folder so please check that before contacting us.

  • It may take a few days for credit to appear on your card statement or in your paypal account. 

If rolling tickets to next year: 
  • You will receive a reminder email and a chance to confirm your mailing address late October 2022 for the January 14, 2023 BOB Fest.  

If donating some or all of your purchase:
  • You will receive a 2021 tax-donation letter in the mail to the address on your original purchase (or a corrected one if you gave us one).

    If you choose to donate some or all of your ticket purchase, you will receive a tax-donation letter in the mail from us for your 2021 taxes. Smithfield VA Events is a 501 c 3 charitable non-profit.
