2022 BOB Fest Refund Options - 8K & TIX on RUNREG 

This form is for those who registered for the 8K Race and got BOB Fest Party tix via the race entry thru RunReg. 

If you are a Sponsor or purchased Early Bird, General Admit or tables on the website please click here to go back and select the correct refund form. 

 Please complete the refund form by January 5th and let us know which option you prefer.

​Your race entry was either $30 Race Only or $45/$48 if it included a race tech shirt. You also had option to purchase additional shirts.

All Shirt money will be automatically be refunded unless you pick the "Donate ALL" option.

If receiving a full or partial refund: 

• Refunds will be processed as they are received and we hope to have them all done by January 7, 2022. 

 

• All refunds will be processed to the original buyer. 

 

• It may take a few days for credit to appear on your card statement.

If donating some or all of your purchase:

• You will receive a 2021 tax-donation letter in the mail to the address on your race entry form.  Party Tix Donations will be for Smithfield VA Events and Race Entry Donations are to the Optimist Club of Isle of Wight.
