EVENT FEATURES:

 Note: Unless you purchase a table, this is a standing only event.

Standing plank tables are provided in the back of the Party Tent and in the Outdoor Oyster Courtyard for eating that are open for fest attendees without a reserved table. 

You may not bring in stadium chairs/lawn chairs to this event.

General Admission Tickets & Non-Sponsor Tables: 
Go on sale at two releases: 
  • 1st Release - Wed, Nov 13th, 7 AM
 
  • 2nd Release - Thur, Nov 14th, 8 PM

$50 - General Admission BOB Fest Party Tix. Standing Tix only, does not include seating at a table.  Plank open standing tables available at back of party tent or in outdoor oyster area. 

$550 - Non-Sponsor Table comes with (8) General Admit Tix.  Oyster waitress service included. Please note, $800 Sponsor Tables are on sale in advance of ticket releases, and pending number sold as Sponsor Tables, there may or may not be many Non-Sponsor Tables available.  

8K Chilly BOB Registration starts 11/1/2019


​$25 or $35 - 8K Race Entry Only (shirt or no shirt). You can add in up to two party tickets ($50 each) to your race registration. SEE 8K INFO for more details. 

If you want to do race and need more than (2) Party Tickets, you will need to purchase on-line at ticket releases.  Or get some other way - buy a table, do a sponsorship, book a hotel room or buy early bird tickets.

Race Start 9:00 am

​7:30 am - Day of Check-in, Package Pick-up & Day of Registration. 

Pre-Package Pick Up Friday, Jan 17th, at site from 4:30-7:00 pm. (optional)

Race is open to all ages, but BOB Fest Party is 21 & up only. 
8K REGISTERATION OPENS NOV 1ST! 
  • Deadline for race entry with shirt Jan 3rd
  • Deadline to pre-register for race without a shirt is Jan 13th
If not registered by Jan 13th, you will need to wait and do Day-of-Race registration ($40, no shirt). 

OPTIONAL: Add in up to (2) 8K BOB FEST Party Tix to your race entry while supplies last.  There is a block of tickets set aside for racers, so register early before they are sold out! Deadline to register for 8K and add in tix is Dec 13th. 

8K Party tickets get early entry (11 am) after awards ceremony thru the VIP Gate. 
Race Registration begins Nov 1, 2018. A block of party tickets are reserved for race entries. 8K BOB Fest Party tickets are available until the block is sold out or until December 13th. After Dec 13th the race block of party tickets will roll over to folks on the wait list who don't want to run but just want party tickets. 

So if you want to come to the party, sign up early! We anticipate the event to sell out quickly when regular general admission party tix go on sale (first release) Nov 13th at 7:00 AM & (second release) Nov 14th at 8:00 PM.

If you need more than (2) party tickets you will need to purchase them at general tix releases.

Purchase Drink Tickets $5 each for Brews/Vodka drinks.  Drink Ticket Booth accepts cash or credit cards.

​Wine Booth takes cash or you can also use your drink tickets for a glass or bottle of wine. 

Water/Soda takes cash ($1 each)  or for a $5 drink ticket you can get (5). No change given for a $5 drink ticket. 

Drink Ticket Sales stop at 3:15 and serving of all alcohol stops at 3:45. 

Beer can be purchased by the cup or the growler. 
We only honor SVAE logoed growlers and all growlers must come and leave empty.  You can bring your empty SVAE Growler back to any of our events.

$5 Bloody or Specialty Vodka Drink

$30 New SVAE Growler with a (4) drink tickets to fill it

$20 - SVAE Growler Refill (4 Drink Tix) 

$10 - SVAE Empty Growler

** We only honor our logoed growlers.  You can bring them back (empty) and use them at any of our events.  All growlers for any of our events, must come in empty and leave empty.  You may not take beer home in your growler. 

Wines: 

A nice selection of wines is available for purchase by the glass or the bottle at the Wine Booth.  Wine Bottles will be uncorked with you purchase them and must be consumed on site. 

You can pay cash/credit card or use drink tickets for wine. 

​$5.00 per glass
$15-$25 per bottle

Water/Soda

$1 - Water Bottle  or Soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite) 

​Or use a (1) Drink Ticket and get five! 

Entertainment Schedule

THE DELOREANS BAND
The Deloreans is a seasoned showband comprised of 6 distinct vocalists that cover the most memorable artists and nostalgic songs of the ‘80s. Each band member is featured throughout the show, making this band’s most notable attribute its unmatched variety. The Deloreans is known for their dynamic ‘80s costumes,unstoppable energy, and their ability to bring down the house EVERY time!

Tickets include all-you-can-eat oysters, BBQ & Brunswick Stew. All Food is located in the Food Tent.  Unless you purchase a seated table or reserve a standing cocktail table, it is a standing only event.  Elevated plank open tables are available at the back of the Party Tent or in the Outdoor Oyster Courtyard.  

All seated tables do have oyster wait service but everyone has to get their own BBQ, Stew & Drinks. To get food, go into the food tent to the booths.  Please do not throw away the green oyster trays.  Return to the oyster pick up area or place on tables in the food tent and our busers will pick them. up. 

​All drinks are pay-as-you go and are not included in ticket price.
