REGISTER VOLUNTEER GROUP for 2025/26 SEASON - OPEN NOW! 
All volunteer groups both new and returning need to complete a registration form for the upcoming season.

Returning groups should have an email from Cristin that went to the most current group leader we have on record. 

New Groups can just fill out the form below. 

Let us know who your group leader is and some info about which festivals you want to work, and any special requests your group may have. We recommend you review the entire form before you begin to fill it out and make sure you have all the info needed to complete it. Click on the button, compete the form, and then submit it.

We are looking to expand our leadership team with about (15) new SuperStar Volunteers. If you are interested in finding out more about our SuperStars, email Cristin at [email protected] and also let her know if you can attend our interest meeting. They get paid out for donations at $2 an hour more than volunteer groups and you can be a SuperStar in training this season for one, two or all three festivals.
