We use PayPal to process on our on-line orders. You do not have to have a PayPal account, there is an option to pay with a credit card/debit card also. Sometime folks who click over from facebook have weird problems, so try typing the website into your internet browser, instead of clicking thru facebook. Your purchase is not confirmed until you complete the entire payment process. Just because you put it in your cart does not mean you "have" the tickets.
At release times it can get a little crazy as there are hundreds and hundreds of folks trying to get a limited number of tix or non-sponsor tables. It can sell out very fast (like in a minute, seriously), especially BOB Fest. So if it "jams" up on you or "spins out" it is because it sold out. Again, until you complete the entire payment process your order is not complete. Just because you put it in your cart does not mean you "have" them.
