The info below is important for you to read before purchasing your tickets. Scroll down to the RED section for the ADD TO CART BUTTONS to buy tickets.
No refunds. Rain or Shine event. A little bad or uncomfortable weather is not a cause to cancel. However should there be a public safety weather related situation or something else catastrophic and THE EVENT ORGANIZERS have to cancel, refunds will only be given when the event insurance policy claim check is received. There is not a rain date, nor would the event be rescheduled. It is unrealistic that all the vendors, equipment and volunteers could be rescheduled.
Please note: due to the time frame involved in our event cancelation insurance it can take up to 180 days to process refunds. We cannot process refunds until we get the check from the insurance company.
Please note there are no ADDED FEES to our ticket or table prices. Just straight up the price you see. No surcharge or credit card fees added in.

Early Bird & Season Tix go on sale starting July 1st each year. All General Admit Tix & Non-Sponsor tables go on sale per the release schedule.

INSTRUCTIONS ON PURCHASE:
We use PayPal to process on our on-line orders. You do not have to have a PayPal account, there is an option to pay with a credit card/debit card also. Sometime folks who click over from facebook have weird problems, so try typing the website into your internet browser, instead of clicking thru facebook. Your purchase is not confirmed until you complete the entire payment process. Just because you put it in your cart does not mean you "have" the tickets.
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE:
You will get a confirmation email from PayPal after you complete your purchase. If you don't see it, check your junk mail. If you don't get one within a hour, notify us.
There is not an E-Tix, we will mail you actual hard copy tickets about 3 weeks before the event to the address on your confirmation.
** VERY IMPORTANT*** PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS RIGHT AWAY. This is where we will mail your tickets. If it is not correct, please email us at TICKETS@SmithfieldVAEvents.com and put ADDRESS PROBLEM IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
